A simple way to optimize your website speed is using the slash in your links. How does the slash in your server work?. It’s easy. When the server opens the link for example: http://www.mywebsite.com/resources, he need “to see” what kind of file is inside of this url, producing a waste of time in the load process.

But, by including the slash ” / ” on the end of the url, example http://www.mywebsite.com/resources/, the server will know exactly the path into the directory, optimizing the time to load page.
