Mid-morning Cabbage cocktail: 1/2 cup of cabbage juice mixed with 1/4 cup each of carrot and tomato juice. Lunch Boiled rice, potato tikki, fish curry, brinjal salad, one banana. Potato tikki: Take 100 gram potatoes (boiled and peeled), a pinch of cumin seeds, one slice of bread. Filling: One small onion (minced), a handful of coriander leaves, a few mint leaves, one green chili (minced), salt and chili powder to taste. Soak bread in water and squeeze dry, mix into the potato along with salt and cumin seeds and knead to a smooth mixture. Mix all the filling ingredients together.
