I was born & raised in the Bronx, N.Y. and after graduating from high school did fulltime work and some college for 4 years. Next stop for me was enlisting in the USAF where I made it a career. Most of my career I was an F-16 Crew Chief where I travelled to many different countries. I got introduced to network marketing in 1994 in a company most people heard about (Amway). I failed miserably in that company trying to duplicate a system that was old and didn\'t work for me. The following year I retired from the USAF in 1995, and got hired for a position as an Installation & Repair Technician with At&t, still failing to get my Amway business off the ground. Beating myself up: In 1999 Amway changed it\'s name to Quixtar and the dot.com era hit the scene with companies coming and going and every year again, and keep failing, beating myself up over something I really shouldn\'t have but I did. By 2005 I started noticing, none of the other distributors in my crosslines and upline were having the results the Plan was showing. So now I decided it wasn\'t really me, as they are failing as well. Thats when I took a big step back and focused on travelling and just have fun. Getting paid for what I already do: As I mentioned before, I love to travel and have fun the only thing is a straight 9-5 job doesn\'t allow that much vacation time let alone affording it every year. Then all of a sudden I get shown another MLM in the Travel Industry hmmmm. interesting. No products to sell, no quotas, no time limits. A company already ranked as the 27th largest selller of travel, a company that pays out commissions on the travel and vacations I was going to do anyway. All I had to do was start-up my own online travel agency and I\'d get paid commissions for travel bookings, AND REP commissions for bring on new REPS. My hook that got me was their 50% Commission Match on the REPS I bring in. PLUS the fact that I love to travel! So, I\'m all in and excited all over again! Discovering Attraction Marketing: Now I start out going about building a new business with benefits I know everyone is going to love. Travel benefits, great compensation plan that can\'t be duplicated. Except one thing happened. I struggled again as I got past my warm market and wondered where I was going to get new prospects. For 4 months I bought leads only to find out that they were ALL unqualified leads. I felt like a telemarketer and I hate cold calling anyone.
