Event Planner Make Events Memorable
Making your events memorable may seem difficult at first. However, it may not be as difficult as it seems. For an event to be memorable, you hope for extra ordinary. Being creative can go a long way in creating memories that will last. There are numerous ways to be creative with an event. One of the first things you may try is asking your clients or guests what they usually have, and try something new or a new way of doing what they are already familiar with and like very much. Think about having a chef catering and you might find out that the catering cost might not be as big of an issue as you expected. If party food won’t cut it, class the event up a little bit. Ask your caterer to bring some throwaway table cloths. They are only a couple of dollars each, and can transform a standard lunchroom into a nicer dining area that showcases the catering foods you are providing. Consider using decorative plates or something that stands out. Bring balloons or flowers. If you are really trying to impress a client or guest, find out where they grew up and think regionally. Maybe they went to a college where there is a famous restaurant that you can food brought in from. Maybe they are from the East Coast and Philly Cheese Steaks would be a hit, maybe deep-dish pizza if they’re from Chicago. If they are St. Louis sports fans, consider a theme highlighting their favorite team. Use culture to bring in something from their part of the world. Find out in advance what their favorite foods are or favorite restaurants. If the restaurant won’t deliver, you can often hire a delivery driver or service that works independently and turn this restaurant into a caterer all by yourself. Take time to think of the most creative ways to impress a client or your guests instead of going with the norm. They should really appreciate the extra effort.
